We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. We usually ship within 1-2 days. If your order has been successfully canceled, our customer service will notify you. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. You will need to wait to receive your order and then send it back to our return address to obtain a refund. Please contact our customer service to obtain the correct return address before returning the product. If the customer returns the product without contacting us, we have the right to refuse a refund.
Tips: Cancellations for orders paid via PayPal include a charge fee of 2.9% + $0.30.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept the return of products by mail. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days for a refund (below exceptions apply).
· If 14 days have gone by since receiving your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
· To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
· We do not refund items sent to an incorrect address given by the customer. Please make sure that the address you provide is accurate.
· Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
· Additional non-returnable items:
- Any item that has been used
- Kits with a broken protective seal
- Special Orders
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Tips: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns). However, the previously paid shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

How to complete your return:

2. Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
3. Prepare your return package
- Enclose the item(s) with original product packaging.
- Items must ship in a packing box. Do not attach labels to original product packaging as this will change the condition of the item.
Tips: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
After we have processed your refund, it usually takes 1-4 business days for your bank to put your funds' bank into your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.

Refunds for the returned items will be processed in 1- 4 business days after we receive your package. During high-peak seasons like Black Friday or Christmas, additional time of up to 1 week may be needed to process your refunds.
Sale items and discounted orders (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items and orders placed with a discount code cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if the products themselves are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. Claims about defective products can only be made 7 days after receiving your order.
Tips: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If we are unable to display the actual image of a product, RCIsland reserves the right to display a similar image for the one described in the product information. Web, e-mail offers, and other advertisements are subject to correction. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or any other error in pricing or product information, RCIsland shall have the right to refuse, modify or cancel any orders placed for the product listed with the incorrect information, regardless of whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled by RCIsland, RCIsland will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
